Q. How soon will my order ship?
A. Your completed order will ship within four business
days from receipt of order.
Q. What kind of canvas do you use?
A. We use Epson PremierArt™ Water Resistant Canvas.
This is a 100% acid free, cotton/polyester blend canvas
that resists cracking as well as moisture, and has a
beautiful glossy surface.
Q. Do you apply a UV protective coating to the
canvas print?
A. Yes. We spray each finished print with PremierArt™
Print Shield, to enhance the longevity of the print.
Recent testing by Wilhelm Research gives this paper/spray
combination an estimated life of 65 years before any
noticeable fading occurs.
Q. Do you use pigmented inks?
A. Yes. We use only 7 color, Epson UltraChrome™
pigmented Ink, for the highest quality reproductions
available.
Q. What is your return policy?
A. If your order arrives damaged, or you are unsatisfied
with the product in any way, please contact From Photo
2 Canvas customer service within 5 days of receipt of
order for a replacement or refund. We will gladly replace
any damaged items free of charge.
Please note that returns must be shipped back in their
original box and packing material. All return orders
must have a copy of the original receipt included. Please
do not ship any prints back to From Photo 2 Canvas without
first obtaining a return authorization number from Customer
Service.
Q. What type of files do you accept?
A. We accept .jpg and .tif files.
Q. Do you provide cropping, color enhancement
or scratch removal?
A. Because of pixel dimensions and/or the aspect ratio
of files/pictures we receive, cropping the image may
be necessary. Our technicians will provide minor touch-ups
and color or contrast adjustments to each picture we
receive at no charge.
Q. Can I order an unstretched, unframed print?
A. We offer complete packages only, which includes
your picture on canvas, stretched and framed. By offering
complete packages, we are able to provide the best pricing
available on the internet.
