Shipping Times
All orders will be shipped within 4 business days from receipt of the order.

Billing
When paying by credit card, your card will be billed when we receive the order.

Returns
If your order arrives damaged, or you are unsatisfied with the product in any way, please contact From Photo 2 Canvas customer service within 5 days of receipt of order for a replacement or refund. We will gladly replace any damaged items free of charge.

Please note that returns must be shipped back in their original box and packing material. All return orders must have a copy of the original receipt included. Please do not ship any prints back to From Photo2Canvas without first obtaining a return authorization number from Customer Service.
