A. Zero % down and no payment until your painting is finished and approved. We are so confident in the quality of our paintings were extending this unprecedented offer for a limited time. Once your painting is finished we will send you an email showing the completed painting. When you approve the painting your credit card will be billed. We will run an authorization upon receipt of the order to make sure there are sufficient funds available. This offer applies to credit card orders only.

Q. What is the process?

A. We take your photo or digital image and turn it into a one of a kind oil painting on canvas. The painting is done by professional artists and is 100% hand painted. We offer two options; painting only or painting stretched and framed using one of our museum quality Renaissance frames.

Q. Why buy from us?

A. Our paintings are done in the realistic/realism style. This has been the preferred portrait painting method for centuries. Your commissioned work is painted true to life by one of our classically trained artists. All of our painters specialize in this style and have over 240 years of combined experience.

Q. Do you do rush orders?

A. Unfortunately, it's impossible for use to produce a professional grade painting in less than 3 weeks. Each layer requires a curing/drying time before a subsequent layer can be applied. Completion time also varies with the complexity of the work.

Q. Can I see an image of the completed painting before it is shipped?

A. Once the painting is complete, we will send you a digital image via email for your approval, prior to shipping. Very rarely do one of our paintings need modifications, but if you think it's necessary we certainly will accommodate you.

Q. What is your return policy?

A. We offer a 100% guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your oil painting, simply contact us within 15 days of receipt for a refund. If the product arrives damaged you must keep the original box and packing material for FedEx inspection.

Q. How long will it take to receive my oil on canvas painting?

A. It takes approximately 4-6 weeks from the date the order is placed.

Q. Do you charge extra for pictures with more detailed backgrounds?

A. No, we charge the same price no matter how much detail is in the background of the picture. However, the price varies depending on how many subjects are in the picture.

Q. What kind of photo will give me the highest quality painting?

A. First, the picture should be crisp and in focus. The details of the faces, in particular, should be clear and have distinctive characteristics.

Q. Do you accept photos taken by a professional photographer?

A. Pictures taken by professional photographers look great! The only thing we require is that the name and phone number of the studio/photographer who took the picture is provided. We will contact them in order to get the necessary waiver to reproduce the picture.
